El origen de su título "Él no es Pesado, Él es mi Hermano" viene de una fotografía de la guerra de Vietnam.
La imagen mostraba a un marine norteamericano llevando a un hombre vietnamita en su espalda.
El periodista le preguntó por qué lo había llevado tan lejos, y el soldado sonriendo a la cámara le dijo: "Él no es Pesado, Él es mi Hermano"
